Exchange Club-Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse

Child Abuse knows no boundaries.  Its effects damage the lives of children and tear families apart.  Child abuse is often a recurring cycle, passing from generation to generation, resulting in mental and physical injury and death.  The Exchange Club-Carl Perkins Center was established in 1981 by the local Exchange Club to break the cycle of abuse and improve the quality of family life in communities throughout West Tennessee.  Over 6,000 clients were serviced in 2009.  The Center is a 501C(3) organization.
